- 1 ounce peanut
- 1 ounce green chili
- 10 pieces of belly belly leaves
- 2 pieces of serey
The seasoning is
- red cauliflower, dried chili, 1 oz
- Onion 4 seeds
- Garlic 2 seeds
- 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
- turmeric 2 small pieces
- starfruit acids 4 seeds
- Coriander 2 spoons

Then cook until boiling.
Kuah pliek much in demand among the people of Aceh because it is very distinctive taste in the tongue.
