Vegan burger - Croatians love it!

This is vegan burger I developed and made in one of the restaurants I've been working as a chef. Classic burger bun, vegetables, pattie is made of buckwheat, soy, chickpeas, vegetables and spices, home made BBQ sauce made of 16 ingredients . It was no.1 burger in Croatia, maybe still is. Not just vegans ate it.
