  • Peanut butter is a great source of protein and potassium
  • It lowers the risk of high blood pressure
  • It lowers the risk of a stroke or heart diseases
  • Peanut butter contains fiber which is good for your bowel health
  • It contains good amounts of Vitamin E and antioxidants 
  • It contains healthy fats and magnesium which is great for your bones and muscles
