Foodie in the Kitchen Series #2 - Salt Cod (Bacalao) with Peppers and Onions

Bacalao is salted codfish and needs to be soaked in water for at least 24 hours to remove a majority of the salt. For best results, you will need to change water 3 or 4 times. This dish is very easy to complete, you can serve it with bread, potatoes or Polenta.

Have you ever had salt cod? I'll post my Tripe dish later on today.

We had but we simply fried it.. 👻
