Spaghetti with Porcini Mushrooms

Hello, everyone. Today we are making spaghetti with porcini mushrooms
"The porcini mushrooms were a delicious accompaniment to the creamy sauce. The spaghetti is particularly well suited to this dish, as the sauce hangs over the pasta and you can taste the richness in every bite."

Ingredients: 300g porcini mushrooms, 300g spaghetti, 2 red onions, 1 clove of garlic, 4 sprigs of thyme, 2 juniper berries, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 30g walnuts, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 120ml cream, 70ml pasta water, 50g wild chicory, grated lemon peel (for serving), salt, black pepper

Finely chop the red onion and garlic. Remove the thyme leaves and crush the juniper berries with a small knife. Cut porcini mushrooms into large pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the porcini mushrooms for about 4 minutes. Add the walnuts, red onion and garlic and sauté until the red onion becomes transparent. Drizzle with lemon juice. Pour in the cream, thyme and juniper berries.

Start a pot of water and cook the lasagna according to package directions.

Drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water, and pour the pasta into the sauce. Pour in the pasta water and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve the pasta with lemon zest and wild chicory. Enjoy!
