Recipes and how to cook aceh mutton noodle ~ If you like please try at home

INGREDIENTS

ingredients

  1. 200 grams of mutton
  2. 300 grams of large wet noodles, brewed hot water
  3. 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  4. 3 grains of red onion, sliced thinly
  5. 1 tomato, cut into pieces
  6. 750 ml of water
  7. 300 ml beef broth
  8. 50 gram toge
  9. 50 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons of Sweet Ketchup
  11. 1/2 tablespoon salt
  12. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  13. 3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
  14. 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
  15. 1 spring onion, cut 1 cm long
  16. 1 bay leaf

Ground spices

  1. 6 onion grains
  2. 4 cloves garlic
  3. 1 cardamom grain
  4. 4 pieces of regular red pepper, seeded
  5. 2 cm turmeric, burned
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper white powder

Cucumber pickling materials

  1. 3 pieces of cucumber, seeded, cut into small pieces
  2. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Auxiliary Dishes

  1. 100 grams of fried chips
  2. Fried onion to taste

HOW TO COOK
Boil goat meat and bay leaf in water. After maturing defecate. Cut into pieces. Set aside.
Saute garlic, onion, and spices that have been smoothed until aromatic. Add the goat meat. Stir well.
Add tomatoes, toge, and cabbage. Stir until wilted.
Add sweet soy sauce, salt, granulated sugar, beef broth, and vinegar. Cook until soaked.
Enter the noodle. Cook until well done. Towards the appointment, sprinkle leeks. Stir well.
Serve the aceh noodles with pickled cucumbers, fried emping and a sprinkling of fried onions.
