Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1 whole egg
60 gr sugar
30 gr blue flour
75 gr butter melted
Filling:
to taste pineapple / strawberry / buttercream
Step
Preheat the 190-200'C oven. Olne baking pan with margarine, baking paper tops, lg oles, set aside. Mixer egg n sugar until thickened streak. Pour the flour, mix well with the spatula / low speed mixer. Enter the liquid butter, stir well, make sure there is no liquid settling.
Pour batter into 20x20 or 22x22cm pan. Oven 15 minutes (sy 8 minutes fire down 7 mnt fire top down) until cooked / fit oven respectively. Do not be overbaked yaa, dry biargk n broken when rolled. Lift, remove dr pan.
Let the room temperature, give the filling according to taste, roll while compacted. Cut Serve
