Le macaron est un petit gâteau moelleux de forme arrondie. D'environ 3 à 5 cm, il est granuleux et fondant.
Selon la région de France la recette et l'aspect varie.

The macaron is a small soft cake of rounded shape. About 3 to 5 cm, it is granular and fondant.
Depending on the region of France the recipe and the aspect varies.

Fait de pâte d'amande, de sucre, de sucre glace et de blanc d'œuf.
Il faut autant de pâte d'amande que de sucre glace pour le préparer.

Made of almond paste, sugar, icing sugar and egg white.
It takes as much almond paste as icing sugar to prepare it.

Passée au four cette pâte donne un biscuit rond qui peut se regrouper avec un autre par la partie plate et être fourrée de garnitures sucrées délicieuses ... Confiture ou crème...

Baked this dough gives a round biscuit that can be grouped with another by the flat part and be filled with sweet delicious toppings ... Jam or cream ...
