Oreo Parfait Recipe
Ingredients:
16 fluid ounces of cold whipping cream
2 Tablespoons of sugar
16 ounces of chocolate pudding
24 oreos crushed into pieces more or less large
1 (1ounce) box of semi sweet chocolate to grate at the end to garnish
preparation:
In the blender cup you add the cream to beat cold and beat until it begins to thicken; little by little add the sugar and finish beating until the sugar is completely mixed and the cream is with a point of sigh (forming peaks)
In another container or bowl, add 2 cups of the chocolate pudding (reserve the rest of the pudding) and begin to add the whipped cream slowly and with enveloping movements in such a way that it does not lose its light and fluffy consistency. This will be the chocolate mousse that we will use in the recipe. When all the whipped cream is incorporated, set it aside and prepare the glasses.
To mount the dessert:
We begin by adding equal amounts of the ground cookies in the bottom of each glass. Followed by a layer of pudding that we had left aside and then a layer of the mousse that we just prepared. Repeat the process in each glass and the order of the layers until finishing. Finish by sprinkling the grated chocolate and what's left of the cookies to decorate. Serve immediately or let stand in the fridge.
