I have been working in the cafe for a year and a half and since I was in charge of cash and attention to the public, with the passing of time and trying so much with coffee the sense of wanting to know and learn something new was developed in me and it was like that as today I make coffee 😊
My baby's father was a barista at the main headquarters of macchiato and I remember that every time I had the opportunity I told him he would teach me how to bother me so much until one day he grabbed me and taught me the basics and little by little because in my place work I was practicing when I could and then today I get some delicious coffees
I have never gotten all the art but with such and I was creamy and rich in flavor everything is fine
Time will pass and I know I can draw and get good and nice coffee for me and my clients
Each day I will learn a little more with perseverance and dedication, it is the key to everything
