I will introduce you to a recipe called spring rolls, a recipe that is close to my heart.
STEP 1 :
Peel the carrots and grate them. Chop garlic and coriander. Peel onion and chop. Cut the soy sprouts in 2.
Dip vermicelli and black mushrooms separately in hot water for 20 minutes. Then drain the vermicelli and cut 5 cm long. Drain the black mushrooms and finely slice them.
STEP 2 :
Mix mushrooms, bean sprouts and vermicelli with herbs, vegetables and meat. Add the fish sauce, salt, sugar and mix well. To make the spring rolls: dip the rice cakes 1 by 1 in hot water. Then put a spoonful of stuffing in the center and imprison by folding the edges of the cake. Continue to roll to close the roll. Moisten the end and stick it.
Heat the oil in a wok.
STEP 3 :
Prepare a strainer covered with absorbent paper. When the oil is hot, dip the rolls by 5 and fry until golden brown. Let them rest in the colander or in the rack to drain.
STEP 4 :
serve the meal with spicy sauce .
