Yucca cake with coconut
1/2 kg. of cup cassava.
1 coconut
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
3 tablespoon butter
Preparation
(1) Place all the cassava in a blender
(2)Add milk and coconut milk, butter and eggs
(3) Blend very well
(4) After this well liquefied add sugar, baking powder and salt
(5) Mix and liquefy
(6) Precalendar the oven to 180 degrees
(7) In a bowl place the preparation and the shredded coconut and mix well (reserve some coconut to place on top)
(8) Empty the bowl in the mold
(9) Place the coconut that was reserved on top
(10) Bake for 45 minutes
- Review after 35 minutes with a stick your texture. Sink the stick in the cake, if it comes out dry it's ready.
(12) Remove from the oven and allow it to cool
(13) Flip the cake on a serving tray.
