Good morning, Steemians!
Today we are cooking together ukrainian red borsch - one of the most popular (if not the most popular!) ukrainian traditional dishes!
To cook it you need:
meat for broth (I have chicken)
frozen mix of cut vegetables (carrot, onion, beet, potatoe ext) - easy to buy at the nearest shop)))
salt
pepper
bay leaf
a pinch of love and wish to cook =D
So, take chiken, put it to the cold water and leave boiling for 30 min.
When the meat is cooked, take it away from pan, and put frozen vegetables to the broth.
While they are boiling, tear meat into small pieces, add to the vegetables and boil all the ingredients together for 10 min. In the end add salt/pepper/bay leaf (or any other spices you like).
Dont fotget to put some love at all stages of cooking! <3

Thanks too)) To be honest, I never cooked vegan dishes, but if you know how to cook the broth without meat...I think it is possible! Just not to put chicken....the rest is vegetables only!
