Sweet & Spicy Salmon
A sweet-and-spicy mix of chili powder, cumin and brown sugar is charred on grilled salmon for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Cooking Spray for Nonstick Pan
2 tablespoons packed sugar (Light Brown)
1 tablespoon flavoring or Chili Powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin and any pin bones removed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
Coat your grill or a grill pan with cooking spray and heat up over medium heat. whereas the grill is heating, mix the refined sugar, flavoring, cumin, salt, and pepper. Brush every salmon fillet with 1/2 teaspoon of the oil, then rub every fillet with approx 1/2 tablespoon of the spice mixture.
Grill the salmon,on a low flame for four to five minutes. Flip the salmon and cook another five to six minutes for medium Flame. For perfect grilled fish, cook for a pair of minutes. take away to a platter and serve it.
