Red Velvet Lava Cake

Hello, Guys.

Today we are going to learn how to make Red Velvet Lava Cake.

Ingredients

Recipe for 4 servings

Eggs - 3
Lava Cakes
White Chocolate – 125 Gram
Butter – 100 Gram
Sugar – 4 Spoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 Spoon
Red food coloring – 1 Spoon
Flour – 5 Spoon
Chocolate Ice Cream
Salt to taste

Method

Take 4 Ramekins & grease with butter. In bowl, add 125 gram white chocolate & 100 gram butter. Melt over bain-marie untill smooth.

In other bowl, beat 3 eggs, add 4 spoon sugar, add pinch of salt & mix it well with whisk. After, add melted chocolate which we prepared earlier, add 1 spoon red food coloring & mix well.

In other bowl, add 5 spoon flour, 2 spoon unsweetened cocoa powder, pinch of salt & mix well with using whisk.

Now, mix it both bowl mixture & mix well with using mixer.

Add this mixture in ramekins. Bake at 200 Celsius in oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, Remove the cakes from the oven. Let it cool down for 3 minutes. Run a knife around the inside edge of the molds and invert on to plates.

Sprink some powder sugar. Serve Red Velvet Lava Cake with Chocolate Ice Cream. Enjoy.

you can use 4-5 spoon yogurt.
