Estos son unos bistec de solomo, cortados en forma de mariposa, así se le conoce en Venezuela. Es una carne muy blanda ideal para hacer parrilla. Existen diversas formas para prepararla. Decidí hacerla tipo parrilla y para ello, solo aderecé con sal marina o sal gruesa al gusto y le exprimí una naranja. Utilicé unas ramitas de orégano y albahaca para decorar. Esto quedó demasiado riico.
