This is one of my favourite meal, i decided to share the recipe so you all may enjoy this delicious chicken fried rice as well.
Ingredients
4 cups rice
3 Carrots
3 Capsicums
3 Onions
1 small Cabbage
2 Chicken
Salt
2 Lemons
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Ajinamoto
1/4 cup Raisins
Boil the chicken with lemon and salt then shred the chicken into small pieces.
Cut the veggies, add some oil on the pan, add the onions and fry for a while but don't brown them. Now add the cabbage, carrots and capsicums. Cook the veggies until the water dries up from them. Adjust salt then add in the shreded chicken and ajinamoto. Mix well and swich of the gas.
Then boil water, add ur rice n salt, don't let the rice fully cook, when it's almost cooked drain all the water from the rice and mix in the veggies and chicken mixture that u prepared earlier. Add in soy sauce and the raisins, mix everything very well and then keep in the oven for the rice to fully cook. It takes upto 20 minutes.
Then ur fried rice is done
