Delicious risotto with duck and vegetables. ๐ฅ๐ฝ๐ถ
Ingredients:
1 Duck
3 Rice bags or Jasmine rice
1 Carrot ๐ฅ
1 Colorful pepper (red or yellow or green) ๐ถ
1 Spring onion
Bunch of radishes
According to the taste pea or corn ๐ฝ
DUCK
On washed duck use a little bit salt and pepper onside and inside. Put in to the pan with some watter and bake at 180 degrees circa 4hours. Finished duck pull out from the oven and turnover the duck.VEGETABLES ๐ฝ๐ฅ๐ถ
Washed and cleaned vegetables ( carrot and radish ) cut and put into the new pan. After 10 minutes put the duck meat and fry it all circa 15 minutes. In the end you should put a curry, salt and pepper.
