Sie Reuboh, in Indonesian "boiled meats" is a typical culinary of Aceh Besar District which is still preserved. When welcoming the month of Ramadan and Muslim holiday. this meat culinary must be at the table in every home.

Although the price of meat always rises on the day Meugang (two or one day before Ramadan, Idul Fitri, and Eid al-Adha). for the Acehnese it is not a problem as long as it can buy the meat. On this day Meugang citizens buy meat, beef, goat and buffalo meat to cook. Sie Reuboh's savory, spicy, and sour taste makes it very delicious and delicious when eaten with warm white rice.

Sie Reuboh,dalam bahasa Indonesia “daging rebus” adalah kuliner khas Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang hingga saat ini masih di lestarikan. Saat menyambut bulan Ramadhan dan Hari raya umat Muslim. kuliner daging ini wajib ada di meja makan di setiap rumah.

Walaupun harga daging selalu naik di hari Meugang(dua atau satu hari menjelang Ramadhan, Hari Raya Idul Fitri, dan Idul Adha). bagi orang Aceh hal tersebut tidak masalah asalkan bisa kebagian membeli daging. Di hari Meugang inilah warga membeli daging, baik daging sapi, kambing maupun daging kerbau untuk di masak.
Rasa Sie Reuboh yang gurih, pedas, dan asam membuatnya sangat nikmat dan lezat bila di santap dengan nasi putih hangat.
