Homemade crab soup by me ^^

Alright, I'm 18 and I'm my mother instead, cause she is suffering from illness, and she couldn't cook,she couldn't carries all home tasks anymore. Today, I cooked crab soup. So, I wanna show the side dish soap and give you the simple recipe. Hopefully it'll be useful.

It's so simple,
-First, prepare 5 crabs split it
-Then, 2 pieces of leek
-One egg, shake it up
-150ml broth
-4 cloves of garlic tossed
-1 segments of ginger tossed
-2 tablespoons of flavoring flavor
-sugar and salt sufficiently
-1 teaspoon constarch dissolved with water
-1 tablespoons sesame oil.

*boil the broth
*prepare frying pan and margarine, then saute garlic and ginger
*then take into broth till 5 minutes and take it out.
*take in all prepared sauces before, e(xcept cornstarch and sesame oil.) boil it 10 minutes.
*put in crabs,shaked egg.keep shaking it and don't let the egg clot. After a few minutes,take in cornstarch, leek and sesame oil and stir it well.
Soup ready to serve.
