Rice and vegetable pot with fresh herbs, salad and whatever else the garden has to offer

Sauté rice and a chopped onion in oil until glassy, pour in vegetable stock and cook until tender.
Cut the vegetables (brown mushrooms, red pepper, topgine, carrot, small tomatoes) into small pieces. Everything together in the
Steam cooker and steam for 20 minutes.
Chopped herbs (thyme, mayoran, parsley, cutlet, lemon balm, nasturtium, chives) with the rice well now mix the vegetables, mix well and season with salt and pepper
