Pierre Marcolini is an award-winning chocolatier who created the most stylish chocolate maison in Belgium - it is one of my favourite chocolatiers/patisseries in the world!

These gifts from my beloved Belgium made me happy, especially as I was quite sad about having missed the chance to visit the Bluebell Forest (Halle, Belgium) this Spring.

Have you had the pleasure of eating these Macarons and Champagne Truffles before?

Recently Pierre Marcolini has been developing business in Japan.(I have not visited yet.)
How is the taste of champagne truffles?
The delicate color gradation of macaroon is so beautiful.
I think that the combination of raspberry and chocolate is peculiar to Europe.I love that combination so much.

Hi @mdn! I heard about that - my friend in Tokyo told me Pierre Marcolini opened their shop, one or two shops I think in Tokyo, and they are super expensive there.. : D In Belgium, their chocolates are not that expensive, the Champagne Truffles are amazing, it melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth. I love raspberry-choco combo too!!

Yes! @anna-bella, Those chocolates price are almost diamond. Σ(゚Д゚;)!!
Some expensive sweets shop of European genius patissier (PIERRE HERMÉ JEAN-PAUL HÉVIN Pierre Marcolini... or La Maison du Chocolat LADURÉE...etc) in the prime location of Tokyo,
they are continues to raise dramatically the taste and quality of sweets of Japanese convenience stores.

You know, Japanese convenience stores business system can be distributed product to the every place of Japan at the same quality & price even short shelf life fresh sweets.

In the near future Champagne truffles may be sold at convenience stores.( ・∀・)fufu
