Baked chicken fillet in sour cream sauce.

 Composition:
chicken fillet-500 gr
sour cream-200 gr
cheese-100 gr.
tomatoes - 2 PCs.
garlic-3
cloves paprika pepper (ground) - 1 tsp salt, pepper to taste.


Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into pieces, pepper and salt. Mix everything together and spread in a baking dish. In sour cream add garlic, missed through press, paprika, where sea salt. The resulting sauce is filled with chicken. From above lay out sliced tomatoes at random. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 240 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese on a small grater and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool a little, cut in portions and lay out on a dish.
