Chicken wings grill with tomato and garlic sauce.

  •  Composition:
    chicken (wings) - 1 kg
    garlic - 5
    cloves paprika pepper (ground) - 1 tsp
    a mixture of (7 peppers) - 1 pinch salt to taste lettuce leaves for decoration.
    For the sauce.
    tomato paste-360 gr
    vegetable oil (refined) - 1 tbsp
    garlic-5 cloves
    dill-20 gr
    sugar - 5 tea spoons of
    salt (large) - 1 teaspoon without slides to taste.

    Preparation:
    Chicken wings salt, with paprika and garlic passed through the press. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then spread the chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 260 degrees until tender. Sauce. Tomato paste spread in a frying pan or saucepan, add the butter, sugar, salt. Bring to a boil and stew on low heat for 5 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic and dill. Stew for another 5 minutes, chill. Spread wings grill onto a plate and serve with sauce.
