Combine in a bowl, in this order...
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
-- mix all wet ingredients above together before adding dry ingredients --
1.5 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Line a bread dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350F.
