Make the marinade

  • 0.25 Liter dark beer
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Oregano
  • a couple cloves of garlic
  • 200ml tomato purée
  • pepper
  • bay leaves

Prepare chicken quarter

Put all the marinade over the chicken quarters and put it back into the fridge for a couple of hours. This gives the marinade chance to get into the meat.
The final step is to put it in the oven with 200 degrees Celsius(400 Fahrenheit) for an hour and scoop regularly the marinade over the chicken. This will develop a little red crust on the chicken very tasty!
I served it with a half cup of oatmeal steeped in boiling water. It's that simple!

This is delicious, hopefully I prepare it someday. Thanks for sharing

What’s a chicken quarter?
Here in Alaska/USA they are the thigh and drum. I prefer thighs, more flavor.

Funny some call it leg quarter or just chicken quarter. The thighs are here in Poland very cheap but I prefer a whole leg!
