We love doing our own marmelade. The benefits are obvious: better quality, great taste and less sugar. In our fridge are always 2 different kinds of marmelade. Currently we have blueberry and peach (photo).

I really like the food even more that I have never tried, I hope I you can tell how the ingredients and ingredients are also the process of making it thanks

This is simple: take fresh fruits and gelling sugar (3:1 or 4:1). Cook it for 5 minutes and put it into jars.
It is soooo good.

Hello, could the jam also be frozen?

I would not recommend doing this. Depending on the sugar level you can keep it up to 3 months. This is a long time. We eat it very quickly. 😊

Looks so good!! Going to have to look up a blackberry Marmelade recipe. Since we have so many blackberries on the farm.

We mix blackberries with blueberries. This is a great combination.

OooO sounds delicious! We had about 10 1-2 year old blueberry bushes. Should get a few berries this year.😁

Sounds like a great spot. :-) We go always to a local blueberry farm and refresh our storages.
