Balbacua

Balbacua means “cooking meat very slowly in an open fire for several hours”. It can be a beef or
Oxta skin. This dish was first introduced to us by the Spaniards when Philippines was colonized.

Cooking this dish is a bit hard yet very sarisfying. Perfect for rainy day!
