Kick start your mornings with this delicious super food concoction- 'No-Cook Overnight Oatmeal'

Specially after morning workout, we need protein for muscle recovery and energy for good day start. Overnight Oatmeal is the perfect blend of protein and vitamins with no burden of calories. And you don't even have to cook it.

What's my recipe?

Take a regular sized mason jar and add into it-

Rolled Oats 1 and 1/2 cups
Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Honey 2-3 tea spoon

Mix these ingredient, close the lid and keep this jar in fridge overnight.
When you're about to eat it next morning transfer the mixer into a mixer jar and add:
Chia/Flax Seeds 2 tea spoon
Ground cinnamon 1/4 tea spoon
Walnuts 5-6 brains (Yes, I call them brains!)

into it, blend...top with your favorite fruit like banana, berries or dry nuts. Here you go! Wipe your drool and have it! :)
