material
250 gr of salted squid
8 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 large chili peppers
10 red chili
1 tomato ijo
1/2 bombay
1.5 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Greetings & Citrus leaves
1 lime
Salt
How

  1. Wash salted squid, throw plastic and dirt and boil about 15 minutes (add lime juice in boiled water) then drain
  2. Stir-fry the duo onions until fragrant, add the leaves of oranges & greetings and enter the salted squid, seasoning soy sauce, oyster sauce & salt, cook briefly until the squid flattened with spices
  3. Finally enter the slice of bombay, slice of chilli duo, after the onion & chili wilted insert tomato pieces, stir briefly, taste correction
