Ingredients:

  • Mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
  • Add 6 tablespoons of water and oil and mix well. If it is very dry add more water to one tablespoon at a time until you get a firm dough that does not stick to your hands, and if it is very wet, add spoonful flour until it does not stick.
  • Knead on a floured surface until the dough is smooth, but no more than two minutes.
  • Cover with plastic film and let stand for half an hour.
  • On a floured surface, spread the dough with a rolling pin until it is adequately thin.

Preparation:

Shape the dough into a flat tortilla like a circle, flatten with a rolling pin, place the stuffing of your choice, ground meat, chicken, vegetables, that is to your liking, close the dough as in the image; put to fry, and ready!
