  Ingredients:

For the test: 70 g of butter, 200 gr of flour, 200 gr of potatoes, a pinch of salt.  Filling: 500 gr stuffing, 3 peppers, 3 peppers, 3 tomatoes, 1 h spoon of ground paprika, 2 handfuls of grated cheese, salt, pepper, vegetable oil 

Preparation: 1) Boil the potatoes until cooked 2) Fry onion and pepper for a few minutes, until golden onion. Put them on a plate. 3) With the same oil, fry the mince until half cooked. Then add minced vegetables, add salt, pepper, add paprika. 4) Drain the potatoes water, mash in a puree. Add butter, flour and salt and knead the dough. It will be very gentle and warm! If necessary, you can also add flour, so that the dough is not sticky when rolling. 5) Roll the dough and transfer it to a greased, demountable mold (24 cm) 6) Put the filling on the dough. From the top, lay out the circles of tomatoes and sprinkle all the cheese. It is baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
