Cooking instructions:
• Soak green mung beans til soft and bloated.
• Sauté garlic, onions, sliced roasted pork in olive oil until onion clears.
• Pour in broth of choice then simmer over medium heat.
• Add the malabar spinach. Serve with warm rice.😋
