The Pitas were made with a simple flour-water-oil dough and "fried" on a pan. I just added whatever vegetables i had left from previous days that i did not want to waste and it turned out magnificent! I can only recommend you guys trying making this in your own variety, it is worth the time and mess in the kitchen :D
(Inside it has a simple creme freche, steamed carrots and broccoli as well as some corn and 2 boiled eggs in case you are interested)
