40g butter, chopped
1 cup milk

METHOD
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C / 200 ° C. Grease a round cake pan 22 cm (base). Sprinkle lightly with flour. Place the oven rack in the top half of the oven.Step 2
Sift the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Rub in the butter with your fingertips. Make a well in the center. Pour the milk into the well. Using a flat knife, stir gently until the dough collects.
