Follow this receipt for tasty GUNDRUK BHATMAAS !
INGREDIENTS :
. 1 hand full GUNDRUK
. 1 tea spoon BMC Chaat masala
. 1/2 cup FRIED SOYABEAN (Bhaatmas)
. 3 large sized POLEKO GOLVEDA (paste)
. 1 table spoon GINGER / GARLIC (chopped)
. 1 large sized ONION (chopped)
. 3 GREEN CHILI (chopped)
. 1 table spoon LAPSI KO MAARD - OR - LIME JUICE
. SALT / PEPPER / JEERA DHULO (as per your taste)
. METHI
. OIL
DIRECTION :
- In warm water wet GUNDRUK for few minutes, remove it from the water and keep it in a bowl
- Golveda lai polney and then make it into a paste (pinera)
- Add the pineko golveda & fried soyabean to gundruk
- Also add chopped ginger/garlic, onions, lapsi ko maard or lime, salt, pepper, Bmc chaat masala, & jeera dhulo
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add methi and fry green chili
- Finally Jhanne & you're done!!
