One of my favourite place for fish noodle tom yum is at Fatt Kee next to Prudential building in Hilltop area. And the best part of the fish are the fins of giant grouper mixed with tender thick skin. For tom yum there’s only one size- the big bowl. Worth the RM30 spent.
