My delicious Lamb Shank Pot Pie

This amazing potpie dish is unique and hearty. Braised in a red wine reduction for half a day, this lambshank is preppered to be supertender. The shank centeres the pot dish and the pot pie is finished with a voulette-taragoun sauce and a golden brown puff pastry.
