Recipe: Pork Adobo with String Beans

Hello steemians! Adobo is a famous dish that we are known for. But today I just wanna share you my version of Pinoy Adobo with String beans or sitaw in tagalog. Here's how to cook this simple but very delicious dish.

Ingredients:
1/2 kgs.of pork
1/4 kgs. of string beans
1/2 cup tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup vnegar
msg (optional)
2 tbsp. Oystersauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt
pepper
garlic
onion
ginger

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, put oil. Add garlic, ginger and onion, saute it until golden brown.
  2. Put the pork and add the soysauce and vinegar. Add 1 cup of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the oyster sauce vinegar, salt, pepper and msg. Mix them well.
  4. Put the string beans and let it simmer for another 5 minutes until cooked.
