Bakmi Goreng Seafood a.k.a Stir Fry Seafood Noodle

hello guys,
Been afternoon in Indonesia, and the weather is really hot. 30 degrees celcius right now. Pffeewh..
But according to the forecast, it is going to rain this evening.
Yeah, the weather has been really confusing lately. Maybe it's because of weather transition in Indonesia.

Emm , since nature is unpredictable sometimes, let me share something we (or only me) can easily predict. Like a food recipe maybe..
I'm gonna share Stir Fry Seafood Noodle or Indonesian called it as Bakmi Goreng Seafood.

Here is the ingredients :

2 tbsp cooking oil
2-3 eggs (lightly beaten)
4 cakes instant noodles
1 clove garlic (crushed)
200 grams medium prawns (shelled and split it back ; leave tail intact)
5-7 sheets green mustards (cut into 5 cm lengths)
2 sheets cabbage (cut into small slice)
1 squid tube (inner side scored and cut into small rectangles)
2-3 tsp hot chilli sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp fried shallots

Instructions

  1. Place noodles in a deep bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to stand for 2-3 mins until separated. Drain.
  2. Heat cooking oil. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Pour in eggs, scramble it.
  3. Add green mustards and cabbages. Then prawns and squid.
  4. Add noodles, chilli sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 mins.
  5. Garnish with fried shallots. Serve it..
