LAKE MEAT, EGG AND POTATOES

** INGREDIENTS: **
300 grams of beef cattle2
3 boiled eggs
2 pieces of cut potato2
1000 ml of coconut milk
2 stalk lemongrass
2 bay leaves
6 orange leaves
1 sheet of turmeric leaves
1 pekak / bunga mace
Salt, mushroom stock, and sliced sugar
** GROUND SPICES: **
10 pieces of red curly pink
2 large red peppers
10 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
3 cm ginger
5 cm galangal
1 tsp coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
HOW TO MAKE:
- Stir-fry the spices until completely cooked and remove the oil and add lemongrass, bay leaves, orange leaves, turmeric leaves and lilac pekak cook until fragrant
- Put the meat pieces stir until they change color then add the coconut milk and eggs, cook again with medium / small flavor, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt, mushroom stock and cooking sugar sdkit continue until coconut milk shrinks and tender meat, if you want brownish brown wings with 4-hour fire
- Finally enter the potatoes and cook until kentangny soft, lift ready to serve.
