I posted a some photographs on our own home made meal here in Nigeria and after I posted those amazing pictures, a great steemian asked for a recipe and that is what I will write about today.
How To Make Eba.
The preparatory process of eba is very simple and easy, all that you need is just hot water and garri.
When you have your hot water ready, pour it into an empty bowl and sprinkle your garri on the hot water and cover for a while, after sometime, use a spoon or spatula to mix properly depending on the quantity you want to make.
For the vegetable.
You will need: Onion, fresh pepper, palmoil, maggi, salt , vegetable leaf and water.
Get your neat pot ready, place it on heat. Add a little quantity of palm oil, get it hot a little bit and then add your already sliced onion, fry for some seconds and then add your grated pepper.
Fry as well, I prefer to add my seasoning and already boiled meat and fish at this juncture and cover for some time. After some time, I remove my meat and fish from the pepper and I add my already blanched vegetable leaf and cover.
When I feel the soup is almost ready, I pour back the meat, fish and other things that I removed initially and allow everything to cook properly together.
