Material :
- 4 = Chicken Eggs
- 1/4 = Sand Sugar
- 120/130 gr = Wheat Flour
- 30 gr = Chocolate Brown
- 1 = Spoon Eat Mocca Liquid
- 2 = Spoon Poured Milk Powder
- 1 = TBM spoon
- 1/2 = Baking Powder Spoon
How to Create it
- Let butter let it cool
- While cold butter beat egg whites until the flower let it for a moment
- Beat the sugar with egg yolks until the flowers let it for a while
- Enter the egg white that has been flowered add Moca stir until blended
- Enter the Flour, Chocolate, Milk Powder and Baking powder and mix until blended and add liquid butter and mix until blended
- Bake in oven with small temperature - + 60 degree.
Olesan Top:
- 1/4 White Butter
- 1/4 Sugar Jelly
stir until blended both

- 1/4 = Gula Pasir
- 120/130 gr =Tepung Terigu
- 30 gr = Coklat Bubuk
- 1 = Sendok Makan Mocca Cair
- 2 = Sendok Makan Susu Bubuk
- 1 = Sendok TBM
- 1/2 = Sendok Baking Powder
Cara Buatnya
- Cairkan mentega biar kan dingin
- Sementara mentega dingin kocok putih telur sampai kembang biar kan sebentar
- Kocok gula bersama kuning telur sampai kembang biar kan sebentar
- Masuk kan putih telur yang telah kembang tadi tambahkan Moca aduk sampai rata
- Masuk kan Tepung , Coklat , Bubuk susu dan Baking powder dan aduk sampai rata dan masukan mentega cair dan aduk sampai rata kembali
- Panggang dalam Oven dengan suhu kecil -+ 60 derajat.
Olesan Atasnya :
- 1/4 Mentega Putih
- 1/4 Gula Jeli
