Globo's audience with Peru x Brazil in the Qualifiers
Game yielded biggest share of Brazilian team for broadcaster since Qatar 2022 World Cup
Globo doubled its average audience in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, compared to the last four previous Tuesdays, with the broadcast of Peru x Brazil, in the second game of coach Fernando Diniz's team in the World Cup qualifiers 2026.
The game had the highest participation among Brazilian games since the 2022 Qatar World Cup. According to Kantar Ibope Media, the share (participation in the number of TVs connected) was 48%, an increase of 21 points in Greater São Paulo and 19 in Rio.
