Anyone that thinks the NFL should allow Kapernick into the league doesn't understand what the NFL is, and that is a business. Kapernick's actions are the reason the NFL's ratings have declined, and as a result of the decline in ratings advertisers have pulled ads away from the NFL. The NFL should ban him from playing, not because of his actions, but because his actions have caused the league to lose money, and in any business when you cause the company you work for to loose money, you are considered a liability, and as a result your fired.
