How is the herb yarrow used?

 Some call the white yarrow male as the soldiers in the past have necessarily carried with them a yarrow because of its ability to stop internal and external bleeding and soothe the pain. Others consider the white yarrow for a female herb because it helps in uterine bleeding, menstrual pain, menopause, dysmenorrhoea and hypermenorrhea.The white yarrow has a blood cleansing force and is an ideal means of detoxifying the body.

White yarrow is called "deliverance from all trouble" because of the belief in its almost magical ability to help where there is no hope of healing .
- White yarrow tee is prepared from a packed teaspoon of dried herb, boiled in 250 ml. Water. Boil and let it get hot. It is recommended to have 2-3 cups of white yarrow per day for chest tooth, intestinal infections, heartburn and stomach bleeding (also removes gas and stomach cramps) and lungs, diseases of the spine (white rabbit is thought to stimulate blood formation And works great in diseases of the bone marrow). 

Yarrow juice is also recommended for liver and bile infections, as it increases the secretion of bile juice and soothes spasms. It also regulates the menstrual cycle, acts as a painkiller and coagulant. The yarrow halibut also has a soothing effect on migraine.

Compresses - have a beneficial effect in burns, cut wounds, sprains and bruises.

Tincture - soak a handful of the herb in 200-300 ml. Put in  alcohol and let stand for 15 days. You are then straining and using for rheumatic pains or colds. Yarrow infusions are especially effective in hemorrhoids, urinary incontinence in the elderly and children, osteoporosis, ovarian inflammation, white blood flow, vaginitis and other gynecological infections.
