A fig leaf called 'Force corrupts'
For many, it is convenient to explain the widespread aggressiveness in mental health by "power corrupting."
This is true, for example, in the jungle, career and academia, and everywhere, where there is hierarchy and power. However, this is not supposed to become a widespread phenomenon in what is defined as a "hospital". Even if it is a psychiatric hospital. And I know that we were all born into a reality where we report that most psychiatric hospitals do terrible things. We accepted and accepted such a reality. They no longer ask questions and do not want to hear the questions of someone who insists on asking.

However, if we are already dealing with "force," here is an example that might give some thought: in all the operating rooms in the general hospitals, the surgeons in the operating rooms have a total "power" position in front of the patients who are lying anesthetized before them. It was entirely expected, and all over the world, that the force would destroy all those capable surgeons in relation to the utterly helpless in front of them. Ten times more than the psychiatric hospital staffs.

"But perhaps many people do not understand the functioning of the psychiatric system at all.
" Perhaps we do not know its real priorities?
"Perhaps we do not know anything about the frequent personality diagnoses that the system performs on patients without whom there is no right to exist and no rehabilitation for this profession?
"Maybe we do not know anything about the treatment methods associated with" scheduling challenges "?

  • Perhaps we are not aware of the existence and intensity of the 'staff meetings' the frequency through which each hospital and clinic function?

  • Maybe we do not know what "personality"?

  • Perhaps we know nothing at all about the connection between "personality" and "illness"?
... Not even the personality of each and every one of us is so cardinal to mental illness in particular and to the entire course of our lives in general?

And which of us knows that with regard to behavioral sciences, the use of the word nefesh instead of the word "personality" is a deception of billions of people all over the world since then? Freud to this day?
