So me and my dad made a forge out of an old barbecue grill that wasn't worth repairing, especially since we got a new one. We took it, cleaned it out, fixed the wheels on it and got it all nice and perty. We then took and old free-on jug, cut it in half and drilled a whole, that would fit the metal piping, through the grill and the jug. We had an old air blower sitting around and screwed it on, after lining up the piping and welding it to the free-on jug. After that we just filled the space between the "bowl" and the grill sidings with old fire brick and hooked it up to an extension cord and it was set. The only thing left was charcoal and we had a forge hot enough to melt aluminum.
Thanks for reading my boring how to make a forge...UPVOTE!
