Forgiveness for many of us is not a rapidly developing process, and this is perfectly normal. Even in some cases, being ready to forgive quickly can be a way of suppressing the pain.
Expressing emotions, reacting against the wrong behavior of others is a healthy situation. But in contrast, when we cannot forgive for a long time, we are protecting our resentment and we are burdening ourselves.
Forgiveness is a concept that seems uncertain for most of us, does not mean that we are not angry at forgiveness. It just shows that we're taking our energy from that point.
We all loved people who broke our heart. Some of them were our lover, some were our friends. In most cases, we used anger to protect our heart.
We chose not to forget what was done and what was done. We've decided that they're bad people, and we've cut the situation. Perhaps we should try to look at another angle.
