Die anklage gegen Epic Games wegen Fortnite wurde fon Alfonso Ribeiro aus der Serie "Der Prinz von Bel-Air" ins leben gerufen. Der grund für die Anklage war das Fortnit eund Take-Two den Tanz von ihm nutzen ohne ihn an den Einnahmen beteiligt. Den Tant kann Ribeiro sich allerding nicht schützen, das entschied das U.S. Copyright Office. Zu Simpel sei der Tanz, nannte der U.S Copyright Offfice dafür.
